We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 57, David Scott Koontz of Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd "Wheelbar" Koontz and Helen Koontz (Flinn); his sister Penny Terrell; and his sister-in-law Jeannette Koontz of Oklahoma. He is survived by: his brothers, Tab Koontz (Susan) of Spencer, Craig Koontz of Bloomington and Alan Koontz of Altus; and his brother-in-law Ed Terrell of Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
