He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cavendar Isaacs and Melba Fern Collins Isaacs; and his brothers, Harold LaMoine Isaacs and Gordon Eugene Isaacs. He is survived by: his wife Carol Isaacs (Welpott); his children, Antony David Isaacs and Laura Ann Cashill (Michael); his sister Sharon Kay Rogers; and his grandchildren, Cole Isaacs, Keegan Cashill, Rowan Cashill, Brody Cashill, Boden Cashill and Sienna Isaacs.
