She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Elkins and Leora Elkins; and her siblings, Dennis Elkins and Trina Elkins. She is survived by: her husband Rufo "Rusty" Jones; her children, Lyndsey (Nick Dunning) and Ryan (Brittany Jones); and her granddaughter Penelope Jones.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made to Hoosier's Outrun Cancer and IU Health Hospice.
