He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rosalie May (Jenny); his children, Delbert Deckard of Bedford, Diana Deckard of Bloomington, Brad Deckard (Chelsea) of Gosport and Zach Deckard (Kari) of Bloomington; his grandson Michael; and his children, Andrew, Courtney, Justin, Tryniti, Kaylee, Conner and Berkley. He is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
