She was predeceased by: her parents, William Baty Terhune and Doris May Terhune (Packer); her former husband Dale Walters; her husband Fred Apsey; and her siblings, Cathy Peterson and Maurice Terhune.
She is survived by: her children, Dwight Walters (Candy), Keith Walters (Ann), Maria Krause-Walters (Neal) and Eric Walters; and her grandchildren, Brett Walters, Misty Walters, Ashlee Walters, Rabin Walters, Mary Kate Conley, Whitney Krause and Aubree Krause. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (140 E Vincennes St, Linton, IN 47441). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Arcola Public Library.
