We are sad to announce that, on October 25, 2025, at the age of 90, Dwight Prewitt of Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Lloyd and Carrie Alice Prewitt (Raines); his wife Esther Prewitt; and his siblings, Charles, Ernest, Harry Prewitt, Lucille and Ruth Horton.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Prewitt (Ronda), Kari Harvey (Jon), Doug Prewitt, Mike Mossbrucker (Terri) and Terri Abel; his grandchildren, Julia, Jessica Prewitt, Thomas Harvey (Brooklynn) and Anabelle Ponds (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Mateo and Isabella; his grandchildren, Katelyn Harvey and Kyle Mossbrucker (Raeli); his great grandchildren, Silas and Sutton; his grandsons, Trent Mossbrucker (Lindi) and Tyler Abel (Christy); his great grandchildren, Hannah and Jackson; his grandchild Kaci Vanderklaauw (Max); and his great grandchild Owen.
