She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester K. Long and Daisy N. Long (Ooley); her husband George J. English; her siblings, Ralph "Woody" Long, Thelma O. Honeycut, Mary "Amanda" Fulford, Lola Fiscus and Lowell Long; and her son-in-law Donald M. Burnette.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne "Lou" Burnette (Overstreet), Kevin M., Robin (Griffin), Ellen G. McGlothlin (Donald) and Scott A.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home and Crematory (4155 S Old State Rd 37, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Valhalla Memory Gardens (310 N Johnson Ave, Bloomington, IN 47401).
