It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsa Jane Wagner of Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Mennewisch and Minnie Mennewisch (Rush); and her brother James. She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Wagner of Kendallville; and her children, Steven, Brian and Valerie.
Sadly, her involvement with and many contributions to the life and well-being of each of her family members cannot be replicated.
