He was predeceased by: his friends, Larry Bizzarri, Phil, Zella Siscoe, Bud, Joyce Barrow and Paul Chitwood.
He is survived by: his daughter Kayleigh Garrison; his grandchildren, Audrey and Mason; his son Cameron Shaffer; his siblings, Eve, Aaron, Ross, Nathan Shaffer and Crystal Brock; and his parents, Kathy Shaffer and Lee Ruse.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like you to donate to Cleveland Health Clinic or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
