She is survived by: her children, David Polley (Brenda), Laura Hanlon (John), Deborah Polley and Kimberly Eakins (Wayne); her daughter-in-law Rory McGowan; her grandchildren, Minnie Vaught (Tommy), Casey Hanlon (Amy), Kelsey Hanlon (Justin), Austin Polley (Paige), Hillary Frye (John), Evan Eakins (Kimberly) and Matthew Polley (Charlee); and her great grandchildren, Brandon Vaught, Madison Hanlon, Layla Hanlon, Samuel Frye, Cora Frye, Mae Frye, Rosie Polley, Ada Polley, Avery Eakins and June Polley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
