He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Edgar and Mary Lucille Pedro (Altop); his wife Donna Armes; his daughter Tammy J. Smith; and his siblings, Lynda Porter, Patricia McDonald, Phyllis Alexander, Jack Pedro, Harvey Pedro and William Buddy Pedro of Bloomington.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn E. Rodriguez of Grayslake and Regina Hardy of Bloomington; and his brother Jerry Pedro (Karen) of Springville. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
