He was predeceased by: his parents, Clovis Carmichael and Mary Carmichael (Miller); his sister Martha Hawkins; and his niece Rosemary Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Carmichael (Victoria), Anthony Wayne Carmichael (Laura) and Angie Bell; his grandchildren, Justin Brosmer, Jared Brosmer, Dylan Carmichael (Brynne) and Zane Carmichael; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Johnson and Jake Johnson; and his sister Annette Brown. He is also survived by 6 great grand children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Legion Burton Woolery Post 18 1800 W. Third St. Bloomington, IN 47403.
