With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Todd Keenan (Bloomington, Indiana), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 3, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Clifford Todd and Edith White Todd; and her husband Dick Keenan. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Wynter Vik (Terry Vik), Dr. Heather Keenan, Richard Keenan (Rebecca) and Paul Keenan (Candice); her grandchildren, Stuart, Nathan Vik, Sara Draper Katie (Ben Draper), Luke Keenan, MacKenzie and Olivia Keenan; and her great grandchildren, Stella, Ivy, Leo and Ezra Draper.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a donation to be made to the Monroe County Humane Association.
