He is survived by: his sons, Frank James (Sonya) of Tallahassee and Jonathan Sumner (Holly) of Bloomington, Indiana.; his family Jamie; his wife Karen; his sister Patty Leach; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Stone and Carol Prutsman; his niece Deanna; his nephews, Gary, Steve and Mike; and his family, Jack, Janet of Hunter, TC and Mary Jo.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Iu Memorial (900 E 7th St, Bloomington, IN 47405).
