With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Richard Fender of Bloomington, Indiana, born in Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on December 24, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glover Fender and Lillian V. Fender (Davis); his wife Marilyn Fender; his son Andy Fender; and his siblings, Dennis Fender and Susie McMichael.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anita McPike of Bloomington and Angela Ellis (Tony) of Kentucky; his niece Susan Tidrow of Indianapolis; and his close friends, Linda Stipp and Don Mitchell. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
