He was predeceased by: his parents, Heyward Dunham and Ethel Dunham; and his brother Daniel Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Leatha Dunham (Flowers); his daughter Melissa Jo Flowers; his grandchildren, Rocky McGuffin, Scotty McGuffin and Terry McGuffin; his son Steven Dale Flowers (Susan); his grandchildren, Corbin Flowers and Adler Flowers; his daughter Samantha Flowers Clouse (Joe); his grandchildren, Joslynn Clouse and Isaac Clouse; and his siblings, Cindy Webb (Brian), Marla Engle (Bob) and Steven Dunham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
