He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Ruddick and Alicia Crabtree (Chris); his grandsons, Jonathan Crabtree (Rebecca) and Lukacs Ruddick (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Callum Crabtree, Elora Ruddick, Eliza Ruddick and Liam Ruddick.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Clear Creek Cemetery W. Church (530 W Church Ln, Bloomington, IN 47403).

In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Fred's memory to Paradigm Hospice.
