She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Karch and Thelma Karch; her husband William A. Cook; and her brother Glenn Arthur Karch (Marian). She is survived by: her son Carl Cook of Bloomington; her daughter-in-law Marcy Cook (Heshelman); her granddaughter Eleanor Lynnette Cook; her nephews, Kurt Karch (Waverlyn) and Kevin Karch (Lori Campbell); her great-niece Kayla Karch Wilder (Aaron); Millie, Allen Karch (Christine) and Flynn.
