He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Riggs and Elizabeth Riggs; and his daughter Angela Gayle Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Mollie Riggs; his children, Anthony Riggs (Angie), Kelsey Deckard (Everett) and Kasey Garrison-Riggs (Steven); his grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Isaiah, Elisha, Lilliana and Hunter; and his great grandchild Peyton. He is also survived by one brother, and many nieces and nephews.
