He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Ann Niswander (Sears); his pet Patch; his children, David Carmichael (Nicole), Kelly Mullis (Pete) and Whitney Niswander; his siblings, Glenda Johnson (Wayne) of Nashville, IN and John Belden (Terri) of Columbus, IN; his siblings-in-law, Velma Conder of Scottsdale, AZ and Jim Jackson of Scottsdale, AZ; and his grandchildren, Bradley Carmichael (Kaleighi), Jeffrey Carmichael, Rebecca Carmichael, Elizabeth Carmichael, Faith Carmichael, Ben Carmichael and Jordan Mullis (Leah). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
