We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025, at the age of 76, Glenn D. Dearing Jr. of Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Glenn departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Glenn may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Glenn leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Dearing Sr.; his wife Kimberly Dearing (Wheeler); and his brothers, Mike and Stan Dearing. He is survived by: his mother Mary Dearing; his daughter Holly Powers-Schroeder; and his grandchildren, Raven and Lennon Schroeder.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home (106 Shaw St, Plainfield, IN 46168). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
