He is survived by: his wife Rhonda K. Fitzpatrick (Hughes) of Bloomington; his children, Austin Fitzpatrick of Lincoln, Montana and Alexis "Ali" Fitzpatrick of Middletown, Maryland; and his brother Wayne Fitzpatrick (Karen) of Martinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
