She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Broderick and Helen Broderick (Grady); her granddaughter Emily; and her siblings, Edward Broderick, Allan Broderick, Marge Broderick, Barbara McPadden, Dave Broderick, Jerry Broderick and Billy Broderick.

She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Burns; her children, Joe Burns (Debra), Mike Burns (Michelle) and Mary Beth Shallcross (John); her grandchildren, Tyler, Molly, Thomas, Evan, John Michael and Claire; and her great grandchildren, Kayden, Korbin and Emmett.
