We are sad to announce that, on June 7, 2023, at the age of 88, Helen Hays of Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rice and Anna Rice (Koontz); her husband Danny Hays; her son Barry Nethery; and her brothers, Paul, John, Floyd and Tommy.

She is survived by: her sons, Danny David Hays (Sharon) of Ft. Lucy, William Ray Nethery (Teresa) of Bloomington and Jeff Hays of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Brent Hays (Sarah Jo), Eric Rose, Zachary Rose (Jennifer), Brandy Nethery, Amber Parker (Logan), Jason Nethery (Nikki), Jessica Nethery and Ben Hays (Lacey); and her sister Janet Hollingsworth.
