She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolph Hall and Elsie Cleek (Potter); her spouse Yale Adkins; and her daughter Linda Haupt. She is survived by: her daughter Karen S. Butcher of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Anitra Jomarie Ham (Rick) of Frankfort and Nick Butcher (Michael Cooper) of Bloomington; and her great grandchild Jacob Day. She is also survived by her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandson.
