He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. White and Hazel White (Breedlove); his sister Kathy; his former wife Marcia Ann White (Galloway) of Ann's Flower Patch; his wife Vivian White (Peterman); and his son-in-law Steven L. Byers.
He is survived by: his close friend Lorrayne Martin of Solsberry; his children, Perry K. White (Debbie) of Indianapolis, Terri L. Johnston (Wilbert) of Bloomington, Sherri A. McQueen (Randall) of Solsberry and Karen J. Byers of Bloomington; and his sister Peggy S. Bright (Mike) of Bloomington. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home (4150 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Liberty Church of Christ Cemetery fund.
