He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lindsey and Dorothy Lindsey (Abram); his son Jeff Lindsey; and his brother Delbert Lindsey (Maxine). He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue Lindsey; his daughters, Denice Stonier (Scott) and Dawn Burks (Brent); his grandchildren, Nicole Stonier, Megan Stonier, Tyler Stonier, Curtis Burks, Quinna Burks and Kyle Burks; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Reghan, Miah, Leelah, Makayla, Cole and Ori.
The family wishes any memorial donations in Jack's name be given to the Solsberry Christian Church.
