He was predeceased by: his parents, Oman O. Higgins and Rowena M. Higgins (Haley); and his siblings, John Higgins, Jerry Higgins, Joe Higgins, Stephen Higgins and Janet Narwold.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Gillespie, Larry Higgins (Christa) and Meredith Stevens (Phil). He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews; and countless great-nieces and great-nephews.
