He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foster and Ruth Ann Foster (Miller); and his wife Holly. He is survived by: his children, Michael Foster (Katherine) and Alicia Gjemre (Kris); his grandchildren, Eloise, Otto and Morgan; his siblings, William Foster and Ann Hughes; and his siblings' children, Matt Mooney, Mark Mooney, Lane Hughes, Marni Meunier, Meghan Parys and Elizabeth Carroll.
