With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Ellen Whiteaker (Bloomington, Indiana), who passed away on December 23, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Mike Friend. She is survived by: her daughters, Callie Mehling of Carmel, IN, Lindsay Smith (Steve) of Bloomington, IN and Jenna Whiteaker of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Regan Mehling, Ava Mehling, Sawyer Smith, Hudson Smith, Addy and Lainey; her great grandchild Aiden Sezer; her sister Ann Crider of Frankfort, IN; her nephew Aaron Crider (Christine); and her great-niece Rylyn Atley.

Memorial contributions in honor of Jane can be made to St. Jude's Children's hospital in lieu of flowers.
