She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin E. Fager and Geneva L. Fager (Reed); her husband Charles "Chuck" Kraus; and her brothers, Merlin E. Fager, Jr. and John R. Fager.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Kraus and Cheryl Remmy; her grandchildren, Andrew, Joshua, Sarah and Michael; and her great grandchild Christiana.
