It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Joy Tisdel of Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Verda Mae Allen and Wilma Joan Runyon; her great-grandparents, Allegra Pearl Rinsch, Carl and Lucille Runyon; her uncles, Donald Earl Hamm and Jeffrey John Runyon; and her cousins, Carl Runyon, Angie Holder, Jessica Runyon and Weston Tedrow.
She is survived by: her parents, James Frank Tisdel and Joy Lea Mullis (Runyon) of Bloomington; her children, Justus Franks of Bicknell, Kaylea Franks of Bloomington and Jaydon Rice of Indianapolis; her granddaughter Lilly Franks; her siblings, Jessica Elkins (Brian) of Bloomington and Joshua Tisdel of Sherman, Texas; her grandfather Jerry Joe Runyon of Bloomington; her nephews, Jordan and Jeremiah; and her niece Emberlynn. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
