He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thomas LeVay and Marjorie. He is survived by: his pet Spazzie; his wife Melissa LeVay of Bloomington; and his siblings, April LeVay of Bloomington, Christina LeVay of Phoenix, Arizona and Steven LeVay of Bloomington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
