She is survived by: her son Michael K. Hayes; her grandchildren, Melissa Ann LaClair, Julie Hayes (JR), Billie Jo Hayes (Ashley) and Mickey Hayes (Chastina); her great grandchildren, Eric (Jennifer), Nick, Chris, Shay, Cole, Kaylee, Jasmine and Carlie; her great great grandchildren, Brentley, Maverick and Francis; her sister Mildred Carter (Robert "Bob"); and her sister-in-law Joann Crouch.
