She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Douglas and Lorene Long (Quate); and her brother JD Long. She is survived by: her husband Kevin L. Perkins of Bloomington; her children, Stephanie Miller of Bloomington and Michael Critser of Bloomington; her brother Mike Long (Jane) of Florida; and her sister-in-law Claudia Long of Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
