He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Robert Conner and Lucy Ann Conner (Payne). He is survived by: his siblings, Philip Lynn Conner (Hazel) and Joyce Fay Thomas (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Julie Ann (Conner), Walters (Brad), Carol Lynn (Conner), Sanders (David), David B Thomas (Summer), Susan Fay (Thomas) and Devries (Keith). He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.
He quietly went to be with the Lord July 14, 2022 after living with Parkinson's disease for many years.
