He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Eldora Fish of Spencer and Richard Lee Myers of Worthington, Indiana.; and his stepson Jeff Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Myers (Clark); his stepdaughters, Julie Bowling (Brad) and Jeanette Tuttle; his daughter-in-law Stacey Whittington King (Greg); his grandchildren, Katie Shouse (Joel), Max Tuttle (Helene), Madeline Hines (Mitch), Tessa Marchbanks (John) and Thomas Bowling (Alexis); and his siblings, Jim Myers and Suzy Myers of Carmel. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
