He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kearney and Bernice Kearney (Whithorne). He is survived by: his wife Judith Kearney (Max); his children, Julie Wasserman (Michael), Elizabeth, Mary, Andrew and John Kearney; and his grandchildren, Kaia and Nathaniel Wasserman.
