He is survived by: his wife Ronda Logan (Phelps); his children, Tyler Logan, Brittany Ceba (Logan) and Stephanie Dishoungh; his parents, Rita Warick of Goshen, IN and John W. Logan Sr. of Indianapolis, IN.; his sister Maria Eyer (Scott Eyer); his niece Stephanie; his nephew Nicholas; his brother Zach Logan (Blythe); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Taylor and Madison.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel & Crematory of Powell (3000 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401).
