He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret and Otto; and his siblings, Raymond Teising, Robert Teising and Mary Teising.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, John Teising Jr., Jason Teising, Connor and Jacob Mothershed; his grandsons, Nolan, Eli and Gavin Teising; and his sons, Reid, Wade Pielemeier, William and Benjamin Mothershed. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
