He was predeceased by: his parents, John Steele of Washington and Audrey Mae Steele (Lehman); his daughter Renee Steele; and his granddaughter Krissy Steele. He is survived by: his wife Renee Steele; his children, Brenda Clayton (Roger) of Bloomington, John A. Steele (Karen Lynch) of Bloomington and Robert Steele (Michelle Hammer) of Bloomington; and his brother David Steele (Bonnie) of Bloomington. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren; a great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
