He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Belth (Lavine); his children, Ann Belth, Michael Belth (Jeanne) and Jeffrey Belth (Sandy); his grandchildren, Whitney Swain, Rachel Belth Rethorn (Tim), Rebecca Wetherell (Davis), Alan Belth and Caleb Belth; and his great grandchildren, Adara, Micaiah, Elijah and Sonia.
