It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Eugene Stogdill of Bloomington, Indiana, born in Nashville, Indiana, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Stogdill and Beulah Stogdill (Wootten); his wife Norma June Stogdill (Stewart); his son Christopher Stogdill; his grandson Dalton; and his siblings, Kenneth (Ruth), Warren (Laura), William "Willy" (Esther), Thelma (Eugene), James "Bud" (Kay), Betty (Everett), Mary (Howard), David (Shirley), Norma (Charles), Samuel, Sarah (John), Walter and Robert.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Stogdill (Tonya) and Kim Stogdill; his daughter-in-law Ellen Stogdill; his grandchildren, Micheal, Brandy, Beth, Ricky, Ashley, Ryan, Travis, Caleb, Tori and Christopher; and his sister Louella Stogdill. He is also survived by 27 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Even though Joseph had Alzheimer's, he was a joy to be around and never lost his sense of humor till the end.
