He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Alice Wilson Floyd; his wife Maxine Wilson; his brothers, Kenneth and Donald Floyd; his sister-in-law Kathy Floyd; and his son-in-law Dr. Richard Mayrose of Terre Haute.
He is survived by: his daughter Cara Wilson Mayrose of Terre Haute; his granddaughter Carly Joanna Mayrose of Carmel; and his sister-in-law Violet Floyd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
