He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Webb and Pamela Webb (Sympson); his grandparents, Robert, Daisy Sympson, Buck, Sue Calvert and Bill Webb; his uncle Randy Webb; and his cousin Jesse.
He is survived by: his brother Jeremy Webb; his nephew Ethan; his niece Lanie; his great-nephew Hudson; his aunts and uncles, Jeff, Lee Sympson, Robin and MaryAnn Sympson; his cousins, Rachel, Luke, Kyle and Ellie; and his friends, Kim, Dustin, Courtney and Heather.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Monroe County Humane Society in Josh's name.
