She was predeceased by: her father Orville Eads; her husband Kenneth Dale Parrish; her stepdaughter Kimberly Dale Parrish; and her siblings, June Payne (Eads), Jerry Joe Eads, Rodney Eads, Robert Eads, Phillip Eads and Richard Eads.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Lee Parrish (Kathy); her siblings, Linda Edwards (Eads), Chris Eads (Alice) and Jeff Eads; her daughter Kim Wiley-Taylor; her grandsons, Cody Taylor (Kayla), Tanner Taylor (Kari), Kenneth Harley Parrish and Gavin Parrish; and her great grandchildren, Austyn Taylor and Cooper Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
