She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Lee and Winona Kathleen "Kate" Deckard (Sowders). She is survived by: her husband Waine Flynn; her children, Joe Flynn, Amanda Butcher (Danny), Shawn Flynn and Garret Flynn; her grandchildren, Cody Butcher, Alayna Flynn, Colton Butcher and Josie Butcher; and her siblings, Steve Deckard (Lida), Terry Deckard (Pat), Kathy Runyon (Barney), Rick Deckard (Melodee) and Roger "Butch" Deckard (Denise).
In lieu of flowers, per Cindy's request, monetary contributions may be made to the Allen Funeral Home and Crematory.
