She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Franklin Clay and Lelia Clay; her siblings, Charles Masterdon Clay, Franklin Eugene Clay, George Emanuel Clay, Larry Delano Clay, Lola Clay and Marguerite Clay; her daughter Tabatha Burton; and her granddaughter Julia Harden.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Clay, Viola Clevenger, Linda Caudill (Willie) and Vanessa Chakravarthy (Jay); and her grandchildren, Carl Dewar, Matthew Flater, Raman Chakravarthy, Rajan Chakravarthy and Sara Dewar. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
