She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifton Murphy and Carolyn Murphy; her husband Brent Miller; her children, Bruce (Tammy Miller), Brian (Angie Miller) and Kelly; her son-in-law Chris; her daughter Chris (Kelly Kilander); and her grandchildren, Ashley Spurgeon, Drew Miller, Colin Kilander, Sophie Miller and Connor Kilander.

In lieu of flowers, her family wishes that contributions be made to either the American Heart Association or Monroe County Humane Association in Kathy's name.
