He was predeceased by: his father Poppi. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fay Willoughby; his children, Debbie Starks (Bryan Willoughby), Ramona Shields (Al Shields), Cindy Antibus (Kyle Antibus) and Bryan Welch (Michael Hovis); his grandchildren, Michael Bock, Bryan Willoughby, Russell Willoughby, Kelsie Shields, Alexus Shields, Hannah Vowell, Jake Antibus and Maycee Antibus; and his great grandchildren, Brittney Willoughby, Traeson Shields, Aria Shields, Janessa Bock, Jeremiah Bock, Mason Vowell and Raylee Vowell. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home and Crematory (4155 S Old State Rd 37, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
